SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from shipping time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Destinations
Available shipping destinations are displayed at checkout. If your location is not available, please contact us before placing an order.

Shipping Rates
For eligible destinations:
• Orders under US$59: US$12 standard shipping.
• Orders of US$59 or more: Free standard shipping.

The final shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery
Standard shipping generally takes 7–25 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, weather, or carrier disruptions.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send shipping confirmation and tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take time to appear on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Address
Please verify your delivery address before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Customs and Import Charges
For international deliveries, any applicable import duties or taxes not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or arrives damaged, contact support@virelura.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you on an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
